Her work begins where curiosity meets rigour.
With a background spanning Political Science, Sociology, and International Relations, she has spent 25 years partnering with transformative leaders — across industries, across borders — to help them build businesses that mean something.
Her practice sits at the intersection of strategy, narrative, and culture: where what an organisation is and what it says finally align.
In 2024, she was awarded the Birch Foundation Grant and completed the MBA Executive Program for Design Leaders at the Future London Academy — a turning point that sharpened her practice at the intersection of design leadership, systems thinking, and organisational change.
She built La Colmena to work differently: fewer clients, deeper engagement, no shortcuts.
Alongside Mona Habibizadeh and Jose Villalobos, she is also a co-founder of Singular Design — a new practice exploring where strategy, visual design, and technology converge.
